I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms, especially the family room at the back of the hotel, were well worth the extra price, even though they had no view and some noise from the building's air-conditioning. The service was good, with an extra loft for the kids at breakfast, but entering our room without knocking was a downside. The location was fantastic, near plenty of restaurants and just a short walk to the beach, although the morning dogs barking was a bit annoying. The dining experience was decent, but it could be improved with more options, especially an egg station for freshly cooked items. Overall, a nice place to stay with a few small issues.

The hotel's location is excellent, very central to many restaurants and right next to Hardy's. The rooms were not ready upon our arrival, but we appreciated the complimentary drink offered. It would be better if the rooms were prepared promptly, especially after a long flight on a hot day. Our room overlooked the cabana pool area, which was nice, but being on the second floor at the end of the corridor was a bit inconvenient.
